What is this weblog all about?: A Statement of Culinary Intent

For those of you who’ve never read a “Blog” before, just think of this site as an open diary, just waiting to be read. I will be spouting off about this and that, with the central theme to pretty much everything being food. I’ll also be including all my recipes from my Earth Fare cooking classes, starting with this past Wednesday’s class (02.13.08). So if you are a regular student, you can copy & paste them to save on your computer or to print out should you lose your class hand-out. Should you miss a class but would still like the recipes, you can just come here and see what you missed.

As far as my stories, anecdotes, opinions, reviews and down right rants… please consider them light hearted and playful. I may write one day that I think Rachel Ray is the embodiment of all that is gross and ugly in the world. And then the next day, I’ll think she isn’t the anti-christ. If you agree or disagree with anything I write, or even if you just want to call me a goof-ball, please just click on the “Comments” tab at the end of each entry, and proceed to wail on me. I love the dialog, and who knows… we all might just have some fun.
